2. CONTEST

Name of the contest: Win a Trip to Just For Laughs Bermuda

Start and end dates and times: From September 19 at 9am ET until September 28 at 11:59pm ET

Purpose of the contest: To encourage participation in our contest, grow the database, and strengthen our community. By agreeing to participate, participants have a chance to win a trip to Just For Laughs Bermuda for two (2) people inclusive of roundtrip airfare, three (3) nights hotel, and festival passes.

Contest size: One (1) winner will win roundtrip airfare, three (3) nights hotel stay and festival passes for two (2) people, randomly selected from among the registered participants. The contest is held online and is limited to subscribers who have checked the contest entry box.

It is reserved for valid and confirmed registrations.

3. DRAWING METHODS

The draw will be conducted completely randomly using a random number generator. Each participant will receive a unique number. The draw will take place on September 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. ET.

4. ENTRY

Geographic Region: Residents of Ontario. Flights will be out of Toronto, ON.

Conditions: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

5. PRIZE TO BE WON

Description: Roundtrip airfare from Toronto to Bermuda with BermudAir for two (2) people, three (3) nights accommodation at the Hamilton Princess Hotel for two (2) people, and two (2) Just For Laughs Bermuda Festival passes.

Approximate value: Up to $4000 CAD

6. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

Winners will be contacted by email with a congratulatory message. Winners will be put in contact with the appropriate contacts to confirm air fare and accommodation. Festival passes will be sent electronically.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners will be contacted by email with a congratulatory message. Winners will be put in contact with the appropriate contacts to confirm air fare and accommodation. Festival passes will be sent electronically.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used solely for purposes related to the competition.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by using the preferences update or unsubscribe form available in the confirmation email.
