Nigel Grinstead’s laid back charm and absurd takes on life have earned him the reputation of being one of the most imaginative comics in Canada. He jumpstarted his career with consecutive victories in high-profile comedy competitions, most notably the Homegrown competition at Just For Laughs Festival. All of this momentum granted him the opportunity to perform in festivals all across the above all, Nigel has taped three sets at Just For Laughs to air on The Comedy Network, as well as two sets for CBC Television at the Halifax Comedy Festival. He was also a two-time finalist in Sirius XM’s Top Comic competition and has performed at renowned venues such as Massey Hall and the Queen Elizabeth Theater. The past 3 years Nigel has been a staff writer on CBC’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

Ajahnis Charley (they/them/that bitch) is a Black, Non-Binary comedian and one of Just For Laughs’ New Faces of Comedy: Canada.

They are an alum of The Second City's Touring Company and they feature in the Emmy-nominated HBO miniseries Station Eleven and Bell Media sitcom Shelved. They’ve story edited for upcoming comedy series Bria Mack Gets A Life, Stay Tooned, Dirts and has written news satire for platforms This Hour Has 22 Minutes, The Beaverton and Because News. If you hear a pun about butts in Canadian media, they likely had something to do with it.

The National Film Board produced Ajahnis' award-winning directorial debut, I AM GAY. They tour sketch comedy internationally and won Best of the Fest at the 2023 Montreal Sketch Comedy Festival. Ajahnis is a co-creator and co-producer of the Untitled Black Sketch Project, Canada's first all-Black sketch ensemble, unless Joe Pesci wants to join. Ajahnis is obsessed with Joe Pesci.
